INTAKE

1. Agreement Overview
This Agreement is made between Archangel's Alchemist, LLC ("Service Provider") and the Client ("You") and is effective from the date services are booked and payment is received. By engaging in the services outlined below, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided
The Service Provider offers the following services:
Spiritual Coaching: Including one-on-one sessions, spiritual guidance, and personalized support based on your individual needs.
Channeling Sessions: Guidance and messages channeled from the highest and best guide to support your spiritual journey.
Angelic Energy Healing: Energetic healing sessions utilizing angelic energies, specifically focusing on healing, alignment, and frequency upgrades.
Courses: Courses focused on spiritual development, channeling, and energy healing, offered either live or at your own pace.

3. Client Responsibilities
You, the Client, agree to:
Approach the sessions and courses with an open mind and willingness to receive guidance and healing.
Participate actively and complete any suggested practices, exercises, or ‘homework’ to support your personal development.
Respect agreed appointment times and provide at least 24 hours notice if a session must be rescheduled. Missed appointments without notice may be charged at full rate.
Acknowledge that you are not currently struggling with severe mental health issues, and you agree to check in with your mental health provider before beginning any services or courses with Archangel's Alchemist, LLC.
 

4. Confidentiality
All information shared during our sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your express consent, except as required by law.

 

5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in advance to confirm the booking of services or enrollment in courses. Pricing and details for each service are provided at the time of booking.
Refund Policy: Due to the energetic nature of these services, all sales are final. However, rescheduling is permitted with appropriate notice.
Payment Arrangements: If you choose to use ACH payments or enter into any payment arrangement, you must fulfill the agreed payment schedule. Failure to do so will result in services being stopped, and you will be responsible for paying the remainder of the agreed amount. If payments are not made, Archangel's Alchemist, LLC may pursue collections or initiate court processes to recover the outstanding balance.
 

6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, methods, techniques, and information shared during sessions and courses, including but not limited to verbal guidance, exercises, meditations, channeling messages, and any written or electronic materials provided by the Service Provider, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Archangel's Alchemist, LLC.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal purposes related to your healing and spiritual development.
You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any part of the materials without express written consent from the Service Provider.
 

7. Limitations and Disclaimer
The Service Provider does not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of licensed medical professionals. Spiritual coaching, channeling, energy healing, and courses are complementary practices and should not replace medical or psychological care.
 

8. Client Acknowledgment
You understand that results are not guaranteed, as each individual's journey is unique. You agree to take full responsibility for your well-being during and after the sessions and courses.
 

9. Release of Liability
By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. You release Archangel's Alchemist, LLC and any representatives from any and all liability for any outcomes, adverse effects, or consequences arising from participation in the services or courses offered. You further agree to consult with your healthcare provider regarding any existing mental health concerns before beginning services.
 

10. Termination of Agreement
All sales are final. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove you from any services or courses if, at any time, Archangel's Alchemist, LLC determines that your behavior is unsafe for the Service Provider, its employees, or other clients and students. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Service Provider resides.

 

12. Acceptance
By agreeing to this contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set forth above.
